Lauren's goal is to provide all of her clients with the tools and understanding to train confidently and comfortably during pregnancy, recover, heal, and reconnect with your body after giving birth, and return to the fitness you love without experiencing pain, discomfort, or pelvic floor dysfunction in your pursuits.

Training Options

Online Personal Training: $125/ month (sliding scale available)

Online personal training is for the client who is a self-starter and committed to adhering to her fitness program, even when her coach isn't physically there to keep her accountable. Lauren understands that while her time and craft is extremely valuable, her clients have many unique circumstances. She honors that by offering a sliding scale for those who inquire. This offering includes:

  • 30 Minute initial consult via phone or video

  • 2-3 New workouts and weekly progressions are provided on the 1st of every month based on individual needs and feedback from the client. 

  • Access to all video demonstrations via exercise library as well as extra demonstrations based on client needs

  • 24/7 Access to Lauren via text or email

  • Monthly 15 minute phone or video chat to reassess and prepare for the following month

  • *ADD LIVE PERSONAL TRAINING FOR AN ADDITIONAL $35 per/session (times and slots are limited). 

 Slots are very limited, so be sure to email Lauren as soon as you can to secure your spot.

Program Writing: $90 (sliding scale available)

For the client who is familiar with the gym but is struggling with consistency or creating a doable fitness routine, a personalized program might be exactly what you need to get you moving!

This offering includes: 

  • 15 Minute Initial Consult

  • 4 week written personalized program with hyperlinks to video demonstrations

  • Follow up email 4 weeks after purchase

Phone or Video Consult: $65/up to 60 minutes

This is an opportunity available to both coaches and clients who have specific questions about fitness during pregnancy or returning to exercise postpartum, strategy assessments, or any lingering questions regarding health and fitness as a mama. This is a great option for those who are comfortable training on their own with a little bit of extra guidance. Monthly video consults are also available upon request.
